1. Open the Vercel dashboard for this project → Settings → Environment Variables.
2. Add a new variable: name ADMIN_RECOVERY_MODE, value true. Save and redeploy.
3. Come back here and sign in with the ORIGINAL password (the one Damian set at first deploy — should be in a password manager).
4. Once you're in, set a new password from the "Change password" section, then DELETE the ADMIN_RECOVERY_MODE variable from Vercel.
The current password cannot be retrieved — passwords are stored as one-way hashes for security. Recovery resets to the env-var password instead.

Why are items hidden?
Ingredients
Toggle off anything you've run out of today. Affected dishes hide automatically.
Rotation
For each category, set how many "in rotation" items appear per day. The system picks deterministically by date — same N items all day.
Today's specials
Off-menu dishes surfaced at the top of the public menu. Add a row per dish, fill in all four fields, then Save all. Use × to remove a row, or Clear all to remove every special from the site.
Hours
Set opening and closing times for each day. Times are in 24-hour format (NY local). Toggle a day off to mark it closed.
Menu items
Check the box for items you have today. Unchecked items are hidden from the public menu.
Daily soup
Pick which soup is served on each day of the week. Soup items (C1–C6) are still managed in the Menu items list above — this is just the day-by-day assignment.
